Conflict of Interest

Our financial disclosures and what keeps us independent.

NADFaq.com is an independent publication. This page discloses our financial relationships, affiliate policy, and funding sources so readers can independently assess our objectivity.

Affiliate and advertising policy

NADFaq does not:

  • Run affiliate links or earn commissions from supplement purchases.
  • Accept display advertising from supplement brands.
  • Accept payment, product, or promotional consideration in exchange for editorial coverage.
  • Accept sponsored content disguised as editorial (no “in partnership with” articles).

How we fund operations

The site is funded by:

  • Sale of a professional-tier subscription for researchers and clinicians (future).
  • Licensing of our structured reference data to academic and research tools (future).
  • Reader donations and small-dollar sponsorships (future).

During the launch phase, NADFaq is funded entirely by its owner at a loss. We will disclose any change to this funding model on this page before it takes effect.

Contributor disclosures

Every contributor who writes for NADFaq files an annual disclosure covering:

  • Employment, consulting, or advisory relationships with supplement or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Equity or royalty interests in NAD+-related companies or patents.
  • Speaking fees, travel reimbursement, or honoraria received from supplement brands in the prior 24 months.

Disclosures are published on each contributor's author page. A contributor with a material financial interest in a specific product or brand does not review articles about that product.

Brand reviews

When we review supplement brands, we purchase products at retail using editorial budget. We do not accept free samples, discounted products, or lab-testing credits from any brand we cover.

Questions and reporting
