Every message is read. Use the most specific address below to route quickly — each inbox is monitored by a different part of the team, and sending to the wrong address typically adds a day or more to response time.

The editorial inbox is read daily by the review team and is the right address for anything touching published content — corrections, factual questions, citation requests, or topic suggestions. Typical response is two to four business days. Complex corrections that require re-reviewing primary literature can take longer; receipt is acknowledged within two days either way.

Press and partnership inquiries, contributor applications, and privacy requests each route to their own inbox and are monitored on a rolling basis. NADFaq’s current editorial practice excludes paid placements, sponsored coverage, and affiliate arrangements; see the conflict of interest policy for the full standard.
