Privacy Policy

What is collected, what isn't, and why.

Last updated: April 2026

Approach

NADFaq operates on a minimal-data principle: collect only what is needed to run the site and understand how it is used. Visitor information is not sold, traded, or rented to third parties.

What is collected

  • Analytics. Aggregated, anonymized page-view and session data via a privacy-respecting analytics provider. No third-party cookies. No cross-site tracking.
  • Search queries. On-site search queries are logged to improve relevance. Queries are not linked to personal identifiers.
  • Contact information. Emails sent to NADFaq are retained so they can be replied to. NADFaq does not currently operate a newsletter or send marketing emails. This section will be updated if that changes.
  • Technical logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) used for security and performance. Retained for 30 days.

What is not collected

  • Third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
  • Social media tracking pixels.
  • Fingerprinting scripts.
  • Health or medical information (there are no user accounts).

How information is used

  • To operate and secure the site.
  • To understand how readers navigate the knowledge base and improve it.
  • To respond to emails.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you. Email privacy@nadfaq.com to exercise any of these rights.

Children

NADFaq is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
