Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we don't, and why.
Last updated: April 2026
Our approach
NADFaq is built on a minimal-data principle. We collect only what we need to operate the site and understand how it's used. We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.
Information we collect
- Analytics. Aggregated, anonymized page-view and session data via a privacy-respecting analytics provider (no third-party cookies, no cross-site tracking).
- Search queries. When you use the search feature, we log the query to improve relevance. Queries are not linked to personal identifiers.
- Contact information. If you email us, we retain your email address for the purpose of replying. We do not currently operate a newsletter or send marketing emails. This section will be updated when that changes.
- Technical logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) used for security and performance. These are retained for 30 days.
What we don't collect
- Third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
- Social media tracking pixels.
- Fingerprinting scripts.
- Health or medical information (no accounts with health data).
How we use information
- To operate and secure the site.
- To understand how readers navigate the knowledge base so we can improve it.
- To respond to emails you send us.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@nadfaq.com to exercise any of these rights.
Children
NADFaq is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
