Delivery method

IV Drip

Direct infusion of NAD+ itself — clinic-only.

Slow intravenous infusion (typically 250-1,000 mg over 2-4 hours) bypasses all gut and hepatic barriers. Used in wellness clinics and some mitochondrial-disease protocols. Side effects include transient chest tightness and headache during rapid infusion.
