The default route — enteric or standard gel capsule.
Standard oral capsules remain the most common and cheapest form factor. Enteric coating may improve stability for acid-sensitive compounds like NMN. First-pass metabolism converts a significant fraction of NR and NMN to nicotinamide before cellular uptake.
